Imran is fantastic as the manager of Swans and a totally lovely guy. All our laundry and dry cleaning for over 15 years has gone to Imran. Alterations too. He knows not only every customer's name but the their items too. He gives a personal bespoke service. We can't walk past the shop without popping in to say hello. He is always so friendly and kind to my children.

The best dry cleaning - Imran is very helpful, always gives a useful advice on clothes, and takes an excellent care. Although I do not live around the area anymore, still regularly go and get the service which is absolutely worthy enough.

So useful and kind! I needed help with cleaning my wedding dress after marriage, I got married in the city on a fairly rainy day so you can imagine the stains at the bottom of the long skirt. Other dry cleaners honestly refused the job because they were not sure they would have made it, while Swans took it, and now my dress looks as it did before the big day. They also gave me a clean bag for it. Would go back :)

Friendly and superb service! I had two coats dry cleaned in an impeccable standard.I was worried about the stain on the coat unable to be removed. But It was like a new coat after dry cleaning. They are now our new favourite dry cleaning place! (Will be seeing us very often!)

Fantastic cleaners - quick service, good prices. What really makes this place special though is Imran, the manager. He is calm, pleasant, enjoyable to spearhead with, and super focused on the highest quality of customer service. He advises on the best way to avoid problems before cleaning and the best way to clean garments after problems have occurred. He’ll even save you money as when he recommends paying with Amex when they offer periodic discounts. His kind of service is priceless in this day and age, and I’m sure leads to much new and repeat business from customers.
