PURE Spa & Beauty (Aberfeldy)

This was the best deep tissue massage I've had! I've damaged a ligament in my shoulder and it's constantly sore due to my job. The massage done me the world of good and I have much more mobility in my shoulder now. Very relaxing. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful location and surroundings!!! Great customer service! Highly recommend!Purchased the overnight spa break for two people at Moness Resort via the Pure Spa website. Also used the discount code provided. This was excellent value for money and included overnight hotel accommodation, £25 per person dinner allowance, full Scottish breakfast, full use of facilities including pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room, a 40 minute spa treatment each, plus robes and slippers!!! Highly recommend!The Moness resort is stunning and in a great location - ideally close to the beautiful village of Aberfeldy, and the Birks of Aberfeldy, which we visited during our stay - both of which I would highly recommend seeing and doing.*The staff and facilities were exceptional. From calling to book the package, seeing our bedroom on arrival, taking in the beautiful location and surroundings, eating and dining in the restaurant, accessing the pool facilities on both days, and receiving our spa treatments on the Tuesday; the experience and the reception from the staff was absolutely wonderful.I would like to personally thank Ailleen, our spa therapist and Josh, our host in the restaurant, for providing excellent customer service throughout the entire experience. They definitely went above and beyond to ensure a wonderful stay at the hotel and were welcoming, chatty and helpful the whole time! I would also like to highlight Lorna and also the gentleman serving breakfast in restaurant Tuesday morning, whose name I unfortunately did not take, for also providing excellent customer service during our stay.We ate dinner and breakfast at the hotel restaurant and both meals were absolutely delicious! Plus the restaurant decor and ambience made for perfect surroundings.We also really enjoyed using the pool facilities and the spa treatments were absolutely fabulous! We had a choice of spa treatment and our therapist, Ailleen, was absolutely amazing and did a wonderful job! She was friendly, welcoming and had great attention to detail - the treatments selected (back, neck and shoulder massage and reflexology foot massage) were soothing, blissful and definitely hit the spot! The therapist did fantastic job. We left feeling relaxed, refreshed and recharged. The perfect end to a brilliant stay.All the staff we encountered in the hotel were friendly and welcoming - the room itself was lovely, clean and spacious - Moness is an excellent resort all round and is well worth a visit (or several)! 5 star service and definitely looking forward to going back!*Surrounding area recommendations:The nearby village of Aberfeldy has something for everyone: take a stroll along the River Tay; take part in one of the numerous outdoor activities available; visit The Watermill cafe, gallery and bookshop for a delightfully delicious lunch (highly recommend) or explore the Birks of Aberfeldy and Falls of Moness if you love an outdoor adventure with stunning views along the way (an experience that should not be missed)! [Note: the upper Birks route is approx a 4km circular walk with steady climbs, steps and steep sections running alongside the Moness burn with several stunning waterfalls to encounter as you go. There is also a picnic area or lower Birks walking route for those less mobile]All of the above are literally on your doorstep when you stay at Moness Resort!!! Fantastic!
