I cannot recommend Michael and The Diamond Ring Company enough, it is the only place to consider when buying a diamond engagement ring!Michael was incredibly accommodating during the whole process, from the initial consultation to collection. I never felt pressured to go for a certain style or stone, as the experience of buying an engagement ring could be nerve wracking for some. Michael really guides you through the whole process to create a one of a kind bespoke piece of jewellery.

Michael & Alex are both excellent guys. From the initial sit down Michael was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and helped choose the perfect diamond/ring resulting in a very happy fiancé! The guys took excellent care with us after the purchase resizing the ring at no extra cost. Great experience all round and will definitely be using them for our wedding rings. I cannot recommend The Diamond Ring Company enough! I was let down last minute by a well known online jeweller and was in desperate need for a new ring in a matter of days. I cannot rate Michael and the Diamond Ring Company highly enough. Buying a surprise engagement ring can be quite a stressful experience. Wondering whether you are choosing the right ring, the design, whilst simultaneously hoping you are paying a fair price for a quality diamond. With Michael I had no doubts. He has a wealth of experience in the diamond market and this really shows. He was able to take me through a range of options, always listening to me and providing really valuable input to help my decision making. It was clear he wanted me to be happy with the ring and that was his motivation, not simply making money.We went through a number of options together and he crafted the perfect ring for my fiancée. When I went to pick it up he even took some money off as the market value of diamonds had gone down a little and he wanted me to pay a fair price.My partner has been absolutely blown away by the ring and has received a number of compliments from friends and family. Seeing her face light up when she saw it was the icing on a thoroughly pleasant experience. Buying an engagement ring is something you hope to only do once and Michael is the man to help you achieve this.

Not only are they lovely, helpful and warm people to work with to create your vision, their work is simply amazing and priced amazingly for the service and quality you receive. They really care about your experience and go the extra mile to make sure you have EXACTLY what you want. I ended up coming to them having had a bad first experience and they really turned it around for me. I’m now completely in love with my classic and simply stunning 1.5ct solitaire engagement ring and will definitely be back for my wedding bands. Thank you so much!!
