Sky Ropes

Good laugh, great value for money, kids (12 and 9) really enjoyed it. Have happily recommended it to friends and family!

Well constructed and interesting play structure, book ahead on busy days and wear closed toe shoes otherwise you cannot use it. Also the junior course is really more for under 5s my six year found it too easy but they upgraded us for the difference so very good customer service.

Great activity for something to do out.I came to the park with family, and visited the Sky Ropes.Info:You can book on their website in advance, or on site for their next session if available.You can book to be on the main area, or the children’s one. The children’s one is lower, only 1m from the ground. The main one has two storeys, the lower level being around 5m from the ground, the higher being 10m from the ground.The children’s play area is £4 per person, the higher one is £10 per person.Your child has to be more than 1.22m to participate in the children’s rope course with an adult escort.Your child has to be more than 1m tall to particulate in the main course with an adult escort. If your child is taller than 1.22m your child can participate in the main course without a escort.Upon arriving, you are given a harness and the usual safety talk. Then you are shown to the entrance.The safety system works with a sliding system which moves your attachment to the line with you. Therefore there is no need to constantly clip and unclip the attachment.Overall it’s a great experience, I would recommend.

My children adore visiting the sky ropes at Gt Notley Country park. They always push themselves each time to try something new and it is great for their confidence. On this occasion my son was uncertain on many of the apparatus, the staff member on the ropes cheered him on and talked him round. By the end he was doing all the ones he was scared of independently. I was very grateful!.

Fabulous place for children who love to climb. Very professionally run and safety explained well. Will be back with the grandchildren

Had a fabulous day out with my children! Was so impressed with the different sky rope activities available and the fact that the facility was designed to allow lots of people to access the various activities at the same time. Such a brilliant layout, and meant that we didn't have to wait around a long time for everbody to take their turn. Even as an adult I thoroughly enjoyed it and to get a whole 75 minutes non-stop activity time, was definitely worth the price! The activity leaders were also extremely kind, helpful and motivational, so all-in-all a brilliant day out! Thank you for a truly wonderful experience! We had a really lovely day! x

A great challenge for kids, although myself and my 11yo left after half an hour as we had completed all the crossings

This is a MUST do for young children! I cannot tell you the excitement that my toddler had here the other week.As you can see this is not too high off the ground (waist height for an adult), but does provide the necessary confidence boost all children need in life to take risks.Such a fun activity will 100% be coming back.
