Spectacular scenery, even on what turned out to be a bit of a grotty day. Loose limestone under foot, so can be difficult , especially when wet. After a lot of rain we walking up through running water. Good boots and stick needed. Worth it though

Stunning place, no wonder why it has been selected for films (house of the dragon). It is a easy/ medium hike. The view from the top and the castle is mind-blowing. Great spot.The village at the bottom is simply charming!

Came through here on a loop through cave dale Mam tor and loose hill. Amazing walk and scenery. Quite a steep incline to begin with but levels out through the fields.

Had a wonderful time with friends while visiting the cave dale and good weather made it more memorable. It tooks us 5 hours to complete because was busy in capturing the beauty. must visit place if you are going to peak district.

So much better than Mam Tor. Beautiful scenery, you walk under Peveril Castle, views from the top and whilst walking through are beautiful and it's so much quieter.

Great place to visit. The drive coming towards this place is just amazing, although the roads are slightly narrow.We started our hike from Peak Cavern all day car park which served as a great starting point for a round loop.heading towards Cave Dale right round to Mam Tor and which was about 10km in total.It can get steep in some places and the rock surfaces can be slippery so appropriate footwear is a must.

After reading reviews, thought it would be s good walk. We done route 5, hard but so worth it for the views. Completed it within 4 hours with kiddos. Lovely pubs. Definitely do it again. Crazy weather, sunny and hot one minute, cold and windy another, then Hale and snow but just amazing.Lovely drive the scenery, just beautiful.
