Beautiful place with amazing views - its not difficult to climb if you stick to the road or there is a more tricky footpath which is slightly steeper although still very doable

Well folks, if you can only visit one place in Dundee.....head up to the Law! What a fantastic view over all the city and surrounding countryside. There are plaques describing the main points of view and some historical references...right back to the days of stone axes and houses in the round! Well worth spending a bit of time there and just taking in the breadth of history that surrounds you. The day bestie and I went, we could see right out to the controversial wind farm off Fife Ness and over the country side for some fair distance. Both bridges are visible from the view point as well as the Discovery and the V&A Dundee. There are plenty places to sit if you need a rest and there is a path up for those of you who are of that persuasion...the day we were there one of the Dundee Football teams boys were running to the top for training!! ....we went in the car!! There are not a huge amount of parking spaces, but there are spaces. You may also want to pay your respects to our fallen servicemen and women at the wonderful War Memorial which sits proudly atop the law! All in all a great visit!

Great view point that you can walk up to or drive up. Walk is very steep. Beautiful panoramic views of the city of Dundee.
