Phoned to order replacement keys for 'Thule' locks as I'd lost mine; I had a bike carrier on the back of my car and couldn't get it off! Very quick service - I paid extra for 1st class postage and had the keys the next day. Bike carrier now off the car. Excellent service.

I would just like to thank you for your astonishing service.I ordered the 4 keys (for a Hafele lock) on the internet (WebKeys) at 2pm yesterday and they arrived today at about 11.30am. That’s less than 24 hours!

I cannot recommend Adam from Macclesfield Lock and Safe highly enough. Excellent service.Had an issue with our front door lock this morning, called Adam and he provided a same day repair at a very reasonable price.He is very knowledgeable and certainly knows his trade.Five stars from me!!.
