UBCUK Henley in Arden

I have been using the facilities at UBCUK for 4 months now and cannot say enough good things about the space. Christine and Abbie run a tight ship and the communal areas are always clean and tidy. All offices have air-con which was an absolute haven in the recent heatwave. There is a real sense of community between the businesses that use this building and its so lovely to have an actual physical office to go to - I have had my fill of zoom calls! Thanks to the ladies for all their hard work to make this place so welcoming. Would highly recommend coming in for a tour and a chat to find out more info.

My business is a long term tenant at UBC Henley-in-Arden. The service we receive from Chris and the team is great and the office environment and facilities are excellent. The location is brilliant, it's such a lovely small town with pubs and restaurants and lovely lunchtime walks on our doorstep. We feel well looked after by Chris and the team at UBC so I would have no hesitation in recommending it.

Our business has been based at UBC in Henley in Arden for several years now and my experience of working with the team at the centre has always been very positive. The management team are extremely professional and helpful. They recently helped us with a move to larger office space over the Christmas break (in the same building) to accomodate our growing team, and managed to coordinate redecorating, furniture, wiring, removing a wall, and lots of other tech jobs allowing us to move in on our target date and really giving the new space the WOW factor! A fantastic location in the quiet but quirky Warwickshire town, with plenty of shops and pubs to visit at lunchtime if you need a breath of fresh air (or a pint!).

Simply brilliant! Great value for money and lovely people in other offices to help you feel welcome! Christine and Abby are incredible and always there to meet your every need. Highly reccomend!

I work at Forward House in Henley In Arden and I have to say it is a delight, the ladies who look after it for UBC are amazing, they could not be helpful enough (Chris and Abbie), if you need anything at all just ask.The office space is light and airy, impeccably clean and perfect for client meetings, it is always the right temperature all year round.If you are thinking of renting an office in Henley In Arden, UBC is great with a great underground car park where you car is safe.Added bonus there are usually sweets on reception and always a smile.

Chris and Karen were extremely accommodating from our initial request (filming location), planning and on the day support. The office and meeting room areas were fantastic and all the general facilities around the office were lovely and clean and suitable for all our needs. We love working at the Henley UBC office. Smart, professional looking offices. This creates a great environment to work from and to receive clients. What really sets them apart is how friendly, helpful and solution oriented the team there are. They're a real pleasure to work with and go out of their way to look after you and your visitors. We feel really welcome, at home and looked after there. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic place to work. Good location and has all needed facilities including kitchen, free tea/coffee/milk, printer, large meeting room that can be booked. The UBC staff Chris and Abbie are always cheerful and helpful! Lots of places to get lunch / coffee within 10 minutes walk.
