Nina and Emily were the kindest most attentive agents throughout all of our tenancy, always available via email or phone call. They received us so well and walked us through everything we needed to know when we first arrived here knowing near to nothing about tenancies. They were a superb link between us and our landlords whenever we needed them.I wouldn't doubt for a second on giving them a call as our first choice when looking for a property in the future. Be very careful- she was our agent as landlord: we had major problems: constantly chasing payments and paperwork and when we had issues with tenant, incorrectly told me we could not seek possession. Even sent me a document to “prove” she was right, which -in the second line- actually said she was wrong, messed up notices, etc. Did feel need to ask whose side she was on.

Nina Clark is a outstanding person and has been above and beyond helpful for me and my partner and our daughter moving into are fiest property. Would highly recommend her to any one she really is truly a great lovely person! This really isn't your average letting agency.
