I would highly recommend Baines Memorials. They completed a repair on my Dads grave. The kerbing had sunk on one side which made it come away from the grave stone and lob sided. They are very professional, explained different options which would be suitable and the end result was outstanding. I’m more than happy with the work.

It has been a pleasure ordering my dads headstone from Baines. They have been extremely helpful under these difficult circumstances and have kept me informed each step of the way. I could not of asked for a better memorial service. We communicated throughout through email or phone call and I was able to see the proof beforehand so that I could make sure it was what I wanted. Once the headstone was in place they sent me a picture and I must say I am really pleased with the outcome.I would highly recommend this company.

I highly recommend this company. At a time when we were emotionally having to make such an important decision regarding our loved ones memorial stone, Mark was so supportive and helpful. Being local in Helsby he visited us at home which was so much better . Whilst we had our own ideas , he helped us with the final design. We were kept informed as to timescales all through the process. Baines are an extremely professional, sensitive company with very competitive pricing. Once completed, the final stone was absolutely beautiful and I cannot thank them enough.

I enquired from Baines memorial regarding adding to the engraving on an existing headstone for my Grandad whose ashes had been found after being lost for 50 years.They completed everything we asked for and even cleaned up the headstone, which hadn't been touched for 86 years.I didn't expect to, but a shed a tear when I saw my Grandparent's names on the family grave.Thank you so much guys, your precision and detail are fantastic.
