In a nut shell avoid Stow tailoring, rude man, does what he likes, not what you want and charges the earth too.Poor service, did not do what we asked, when asked to put right he stated something about damage he had to cover up and that is why he did the job different to what we wanted. Did not try and contact us to discuss and in the shop was not even prepared to discuss. He got his money, that all he cared aboutThis was a military dress jacket, that required rank braiding in the correct location as per RAF standards, so it could not be different. Went along to Harlow Dry cleaners, 5 doors down, wow, what a difference, they couldn’t do enough, even unpicked the work bodged by Stow tailoring, and there was no damage that he had mentioned, and why should there be on a new jacket.In a nut shell avoid Stow tailoring, rude man, does what he likes and charges the earth too.

Simply the best when it comes to alterations. I travel for over an hour to see them… I have tried others local to me and they do not compare. A great eye, superb finishing, you would not know your clothes have been altered. I take suits, jeans, shorts, shirts etc… you name it. As I am tall, it’s hard to get a perfect fit ‘off the peg’, these guys make it all so simple. Very professional. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Top quality!! I have used him for over 8 years now and always done an amazing job. He alters all my suits, jeans, coats, shorts and even my golf clothes!! Could not wear clothes without this man!Highly recommend!!

Absolutely disgusted for the way I was spoken to on the phone by this rude man I said do you do alterations for trousers please and he said hello what! What do you want " he thinks he can speak to customers in a rude manner and way. As my friend she went there to have an alterations done and she said he was very rude and ignorant towards to her in the shop. also they are pricey so I’ve heard by looking at these reviews. Go to bush fair or the stow dry cleaners instead as they are a lot cheaper I wouldn't recommend tailoring!"

Had some new RST leather pants that needed some adjustments the end result was superb.The belt loops match exactly , leather and stitching looks perfect.Very impressive work and kind customer service.

Excellent and professional job . I am so happy with him (Yaavar) and I am their usual customer. Compare to dry cleaning their prices are higher but you pay for quality.If you are keen on quality I will suggest him to you. He has 45 years experience that is enough for me to come back to him again

Extremely rude and unprofessional, called up to ask a question an ubrudtly hung up telling me not to call back as he is with a customer and said we don't need your business - get more staff then if you can manage both phone and attend to walk in customers.

My self and my partner have been using Arina alterations for a long time for a mixture of alterations and we couldn’t recommend this place enough!We have even moved a long way away and still travel back to see him when we need alterations done.He truly is the kindest man who has such a passion for what he does, his work is constantly perfect and if you are looking for high quality alterations for an amazing cost you must give him a visit x

I made a polite phone call to this man and he was very very rude, didn’t let me finish my sentence before shouting at me. I went on further to explain my situation and he was so unaccomodating and rude I wouldn’t recommend

Been bringing my clothes here for yeeears. Amazing service, whether it’s making my online bought clothes tailor fitted or putting zips on my pairs of shorts. Always recommending friends of mine come here, first class business
