We bought a footstool to go with our new sofa for around £300 and after a month or so the material on the footstool started to rip and tear away from the stool. In November someone came to visit and said it’s a right mess and that the quality was really poor. He ordered a new part for us with an estimated delivery of 4-6 weeks. It’s now 13 weeks with no updates, I’m continually calling to chase for updates, for the past 3 weeks I keep getting told that within 48 hours I’d get a call to organise delivery and it’s not happened. I’ve chased for updates every 2-3 days for 3 weeks now and get told the same old thing “somebody will call you within 48 hours”. Had a chat with the service manager from this branch who told me it’s now a priority and an email has been sent to chase and somebody would call….2 days later and nothing. It’s coming to a point where I’m going to take the stool back to the store and get my money back as we can’t use itCustomer service is shocking, quick enough to take money but when somethings their issue they drag their feet and fob you off. Formal complaint is being written and a visit to the store will be happening this weekend

So after the below the manager Stuart called me on Boxing day. He apologised and said he didn't know what had happened and would contact the warehouse. Monday afternoon heard nothing back so went into the store. Spoke to the Stuart he said the warehouse had located the sofa's and would contact me but it was out of his hands, I wasn't happy with the out if his hands response". After basically telling Stuart if i don't get a call back today I'll be down the store again and drag a sofa out. I then got a call around 45 minutes later from Stuart saying the warehouse have called and said they will hopefully deliver tomorrow (Tuesday) if they can get an hire van or definitely Wednesday (today) and i would get a call on Tuesday to confirm a time

Customer service is very poor waited over 17 weeks for a part to fix my recliner then the man turned up on his own to fix it when he told us it was a 2 man job so we had to wait another couple weeks for it to be fixed it took me months and months for them to get in touch with me until I gave up and I rang them myself for updates the store was helpful but customer service very very poor and rude

Extremely friendly and helpful staff that are very knowledgeable. You can browse through the sofas and try them out at your own leasure, and the staff are there ready as soon as you need help.

Ordered 2 settees in light grey as shown in photos waited 17 weeks for delivery what turned up was something totally different colour. Unless you the manager from hanley branch who says its the same colour even stevie wonder could tell the difference. Dfs not bothered once they got the sale would not recommend as the manager swears its the same colour. Got redecorate living room now to go with dark settee

We were promised a refund back in April 2022 and still waiting. Apparently over a month ago they finally said it was being sent. But now there is a back log of refunds? So still waiting! Back log??? Soon take your money fast enough

Excellent service from start to finish. Clearbee took our old furniture away the day before the new suite was delivered. Delivery men arrived at exactly the time they said they would and set up new sofa and chair, with some very helpful advice given as to how to keep the leather in good condition.

Unfortunately I can't give lower than 1 star.After ordering my sofa and being told 6 weeks maximum wait, I waited around 14 weeks they cancelled the delivery the first time so the 2nd time they said it was ready to be delivered I let my old sofas go, only for them to say it hadn't been received in the warehouse so why arrange delivery? The customer service is shocking I was constantly told I'd have a call back to which I didn't until I ended up saying I'd turn up at the store as I was left with no sofas. On the day of my daughters birthday party they sent me a 2 seater and a chair which was marked and not comfy. I was left with them for weeks and continued to be lied to and passed from person to person until Claire came on board. She did help sort things out but overall the service was disgusting. They offered a good will gesture for all of the poor communication and lies... it was 50 pounds. The deposit I put on the sofa. Steer clear and go else where I wish I had .
