Highly recommend the team at Austin John for architectural design and planning. We have used them for 2 projects, a building re design from a residential home to business and also on an extension and re design for our family home. Nikki and Harriet were exceptional in their design skills, communication and plans. They went above and beyond what I could have hoped for on every aspect from design to obtaining planning permission.

We needed help with the planning application to change the external paint colour of the Red Lion Hotel (Spalding) due to the buildings’ grade 2 listing. I contacted Austin John Ltd and Nikki Chamberlain handled the process fromstart to finish. Nikki went far beyond the call of duty. I couldn’t recommend using them enough.
