Fantastic service carried out today by Spencer, he came to clean our living room and hallway carpet (it was quite filthy from previous tenant) but we are amazed by how clean and fresh it feels now! All stains are completely gone and it feels like brand new carpet!! So happy with the work that we are booking in to have stairs and landing done next! Highly recommend! 5* well deserved!

We received very professional, prompt and friendly service from Natural Carpet Care. They provide a quality service at a very reasonable rate. We are so pleased to have our fitted carpets, rugs, mattresses and sofas all looking and smelling like new and feeling so soft. Very pleased with the service.

Spencer always responded quickly to emails, and was very professional. On time on the day of the clean. Really did an amazing job on the carpets, they looked great. Very knowledgeable guy and has been in the business for many years. Would highly recommend.

I had an unfortunate run in with a bottle of nail varnish and our brand new carpet! I contacted 5 companies in total. 2 didn’t return my message and 2 replied that they wouldn’t be able to help as nail varnish removal didn’t have great results. Spencer returned my email within a couple of hours and showed me a similar incident he had worked on with the stain gone. He installed hope that my carpet could be restored. Miki arrived on the day we scheduled and after only 2 hours the stain was gone! It was incredible. Spencer and Miki were professional, prompt and above all positive! I don’t hesitate in recommending them for all of your carpet/upholstery cleaning needs. Thank you so much!

Yes, you may have checked me, my review is based on the fact that we arranged with you a time and day, at a empty property and we travelled 12 miles to meet someone there ( and we had arrived early)and they had been and left a calling card.
