Global Vandemic Campers

I came across Global Vandemics through the site Quirky Campers whilst looking for a company to take on the job of creating mine and my fiances dream camper for our long awaited 2 year trip of Europe. Global vandemics was a fairly new business but the reviews of their work were outstanding so I decided to give them a call. After a chat with John who was very friendly, easy to talk to and clearly knew what he was talking about, we decided to go down to their unit in Wigan. We first met Sam and John and pretty quickly we felt as though these were the right guys for the job, they were extremely knowledgeable in all areas of conversions and it showed in their work. Most importantly for us you could see that they genuinely enjoyed what they did and were excited by the prospect of working on our van. They took our ideas on board and offered up plenty of great ideas we hadn't considered, it felt like a real two way process from that first meeting. We decided to book our van in with the team at Vandemics which was a big decision as we had been planning this for years. So far it has definitely been the right decision, our van is now in the early stages of its conversion and the whole process so far has been exactly how we wanted it to be. The guys at vandemics couldn't have been more accommodating of all are ideas, and our budget ! they have been a joy to work with, they make you feel part of everything that happens with your build and encourage you to come down and check on your van as often as you can. Great friendly professional company couldn't recommend these guys more !

Where to begin with Global Vandemics... I cannot speak highly enough of the whole team, their customer service, standard of work and ability to make the entire conversion a wonderful experience was everything we could ever ask. Throughout the build, we were constantly kept informed of the progress, they sent pictures almost daily and we were really made to feel that we were in control of everything that was happening, as well as keeping us excited along the way! They pitched ideas and solutions and really helped us to improve our vision whilst keeping our budget in mind. They were extremely professional at all times and when we requested some work to be undone to make a design change, they made no fuss and had it how we wanted that same day. Their work ethic was second to none and we couldn't believe the progress each week. To sum up, if you're looking for a friendly, professional team that deliver outstanding conversions whilst making the whole conversion experience an absolute joy then these are the guys for the job!It's amazing, thank you!

The guys are halfway through the conversion for us John having sourced an excellent base van for us. They have been fantastic in updating us throughout the build and discussing the detail of the fit out and what we would like. They are a very nice team to deal with, always friendly and quick to answer queries. We can't wait for our finished van, and to set off for new adventures!Update: we have now had our fabulous van a few months and are really enjoying van life. It’s so beautifully fitted out, cosy and just a lovely space to be in. I can thoroughly recommend the guys at Global Vandemic. They still check in with us to see if we’re happy with our van( which we totally are). Experience from start to finish was extremely enjoyable. They were massively creative, flexible and positive to our ideas and the build.They had expert knowledge on vans so when we purchased one for the build we had complete confidence in what we were buying. With John personally going out the way to test drive and inspect the vehicle before buying.They took our ideas and had the solutions to implement them practically.Our expectations have been exceeded, not only for the build but the process on the way as well which has been a constant source of excitement and fun with many updates along the way full of personality from a great team!

We ordered our campervan from the guys and we are really impressed with their work and professionalism from the beginning till the end. Despite being in the middle of the pandemic and not having the chance to meet them f2f , they kept us informed of every step of the process . I personally really appreciated how thoroughly they went through everything, for instance I really valued the fact that they saw three vans and chose the one that they felt was the best value for our budget or checking with us every part of the conversion and take our opinion into consideration. The campervan is beautiful and you can tell it was made in high standards!!! I totally recommend them!!!

We’re so over the moon with our new campervan and cannot thank the whole team at Global Vandemic Campers enough! From the moment we decided we wanted to purchase a camper and start our new business we only ever considered these guys as the ones for the job. The previous campers they had designed and produced were second to none and we couldn’t wait to see them bring our vision to life!From the moment myself and Marc were introduced to the GVC team they were welcoming, friendly, easy going and above all just as excited about the process as we were! Due to a cancellation the team moved our build forward so we could pick up our campervan earlier than we expected ready for the summer! All of the team were really clear, and explained all aspects in great detail so we could make the best decisions about what we wanted. We were particularly impressed with how accommodating they were to my ‘picky’ ways regarding the customisation and interior design elements as I wanted this to be just how I envisaged! Nothing was too much for them, and they welcomed my ideas excitingly.The GVC team were professional at all times and kept myself and Marc up to date with pictures, videos and voice notes throughout the process. We were given so much flexibility as to the layout, design and finish of the campervan, and they really did consider every little detail.The day we collected our brand new campervan will always remain an amazing memory, meeting the team, the big reveal, along with the fabulous graze board from Let’s Go Grazey! Even after we’ve collected the camper, Sam John and the team have been on hand with our questions and supported us online as we begin our own rental business Venture Campers! We really appreciate everything you’ve done for us and would recommend anyone else whose contemplating with the idea to JUST GO FOR IT!

Just back from our first trip away in our new conversion supplied by the guys over at GVC and we couldn't be happier.From start to finish they were extremely helpful and happy to listen to any thoughts and ideas we had, including the design and build of a sliding bed that we had seen elsewhere but hadn't been something they had experience with up to that point.With our working schedule we were not able to visit during the build as much as we might have liked but the progress updates we received were very much appreciated and helped allay any worries we had. Never too much to ask, even when we asked for something to be changed mid build.They were more than happy to answer any questions we had with respect to the operation of any of the domestic systems also.If you are looking for a friendly, reliable and competitive van conversion company then look no further. When I finally decided to take the plunge and follow my dream of owning a campervan, there were so many decisions and factors to consider. One of the biggest decisions was the conversion team I was going to work with.I came across the guys at GVC pretty early on, and as soon as I'd had a call with them, I knew they were the gang for me! Not only were they friendly and knowledgable, they were also really open minded to all the weird and wacky ideas I had about things I wanted to include in my build.When my first van purchase fell through, they remained flexible and supportive and when they finally had the van, they kept me up to date with photos, inspiration and voice notes to keep the excitement going (many of which were highly entertaining).I had a very clear idea of how I wanted my van to look and to say that they have exceeded my expectations is an understatement. They've listened to my ideas, been sensitive to budget, problem solved, worked long hours to meet deadlines, not freaked out when I've asked them to change something and, ultimately, created a truly beautiful interior - all while having a laugh and being absolute legends to deal with.
