Kate Morrell Willow Workshops

An absolutely fantastic, practical and thoroughly enjoyable experience. Thank you Kate, Dave and Ted for making us so welcome. A small group meant that we could keep to social distancing ...so refreshing during this difficult time. A good dose of wellbeing was had by all ☺

What an amazing day myself and my mum had today, our 2nd visit within 6 months. Kate and Dave always make us feel welcomed and gave us such great advice and expert tuition. Well done to both of you for making the whole day great value with an absolutely fantastic lunch and constant cups of tea (Dave). Thankyou also for the kind gestures of extras added to our work. Absolutely brilliant. See you soon x

We had an amazing day. Kate and Dave are perfect host's. Kate is very knowledgeable about her craft and made the whole experience wonderful. I shall be booking again. I highly recommend Kate.

Had a brilliant day making a heron. Kate and Dave were great hosts, lunch and drinks were plentiful. Kate gave so much attention to make sure our we were happy with our sculptures. Would definitely recommend this and well worth the money.

My second willow sculpture workshop with Kate and it was just as fantastic as the first. A great day with a fabulous piece to bring home at the end. If you trust Kate and go with the process you get amazing results. Kate provides a calm, creative, relaxed, warm and friendly environment with excellent guidance and encouragement while Dave provides the welcome hospitality of tea, coffee, fabulous lunch and cake. A winning combination! Can definitely, most highly recommend.

What an absolutely fantastic day spent at Kate's Willow Workshop creating my red squirrel 'Cyril'. Kate helped immensely, and gave lots of encouragement and had plenty of patience. The day flew by and I could have stayed well into the evening, this craft is so therapeutic and addictive.Dave made coffee and tea throughout the day and provided a delicious lunch. I haven't enjoyed myself so much in ages. I highly recommend trying a Willow Workshop and will definitely be booking another one. Thank you Kate, Dave and Ted their adorable terrier!

Lovely day. Kate was very helpful with great attention to detail, ensures you go away with something that you are happy with and proud to show your friends and family. Lunch was provided and was delicious. Have been on quite a few craft courses that provide lunch and we have been hungry by 2pm, not this time, we even had pudding.

We had a really lovely day with Kate at one of her recent workshops.Set in the beautiful grounds of their home, both Kate and Dave were such caring and attentive hosts.We are really pleased with our finished results, largely thanks to the gentle approach of Kate’s expert tuition. Her knowledge and incredible natural ability guided us throughout the day, as she observed and supported us as we worked on our pieces. Her real skill though was to only ever offer timely advice or support when it was needed. She is a wonderful teacher.We highly recommend this experience as it was a very enjoyable and satisfying day.
