Work was starting to dry up and I was in desperate need of some new contacts. Through the Chamber I was able to access some funding that I invested with Cross Productions on a lead generation campaign. I was onboarded by Sharon, head of digital who made the whole process so easy. After 1 meeting she had collated the information they needed to begin working on the project. Within the first week I saw an increase in traffic through my LinkedIn with really decent connections being made. I also had a new contact reach out in week one whom which I have now quoted work for. During the time Cross Productions handled my account it was ran with no additional time needed from me and I now have a vast amount of strong new contacts of which I have secured work through. What was the problem you were facing that made you look to work with Cross Productions?I was really struggling to know how to get my business up and running having no experience of how best to market products or network to make contacts. I was unsure if I would be able to explain what my needs were but Jenny and others were very friendly, approachable and knew instinctively what was required- I never felt any question was silly and I was listened to, they never pressured me to take their advice but left options for me to digest my choices, I really liked this as it felt like I was taking control as well as learning.
