Excellent performance. Everything was done that was asked for. One hour every two weeks proved perfectly adequate.

Very pleasant ladies, they do everything most efficiently and we'rehappy to use them. Not cheap but you get value for your money.

We've been using Molly Maid for a few years now. The team and cleaners are great. Always on time, always a good clean and always available if we need to speak to them!

Molly Maid have been superb and I’m delighted I took the plunge and got their service. As a busy woman I chased my tail getting everything done and now when I get home and Molly Maid have been the house feels sparkly.

Hard sell. “High end cleaning service” was quoted all the time. when we were visited for a quote. Due to a very obfuscated quote which was thumb sucked we ended paying a massively over priced figure for the cleaning (by a team of 3 cleaners) of a small full bathroom (i.e. bath, toilet and hand basin); a small guest toilet (toilet and hand basin) and a small separate shower and vacuum of all carpets. One hour 15 minutes! The following issues were raised with Molly Maid Epsom, but we got no response to these specific queries when we raised them:Fireside chair in diner was left in the middle of the room and not replaced in the correct position; The floor ornament from the corner in the diner (a lantern) was left on the dining table and not put back; One of the ornamental lanterns in the fireplace in the lounge was left lying on its side on the carpet; The bin in the main bathroom was not emptied and the liner not replaced. Yet Molly Maid boast they carry out a quality inspection before the cleaners leave and state (on their website)“.if the customer is present they will also be invited to join the inspection to ensure they are satisfied and the clean meets the high standards expected and upheld by Molly Maid. What a joke. My wife was not invited to go around and the “inspection” was done in 2 minutesRip off prices

I have only had great experiences with Molly Maid, Jenny came to visit me as a first stage and we established everything that needed doing on a regular basis and from that moment on the ladies arrived on time, were exceptionally professional and did an amazing job each time.I have found them to be flexible when I've needed them to be and on the rare occasion where something wasn't 100%, all I needed to do was email and it was resolved for the following time.This service is one I think I really could not do without.

Team are professional, trustworthy, flexible and always communicate with us re any date/time changes. The quality of their clean is five starts!
