We were exceptionally well served by the team at the Bognor Regis branch of White & Brooks. From Sophie's visit to our home to offer evidence based valuation guidance, to Tallulah's viewings to the market and then the well considered and kind advice offered by Nigel - particularly in the negotiation and sale phase - the service we received is best described as professional, friendly and approachable guidance at each step. They're a good team at Bognor: they work well together to the benefit of their clients and it is clear they enjoy their work which makes the whole process that bit more pleasant. Inviting them in to your home to market it, is as easy as having a friend over.

The staff were very professional and friendly. I could not fault the help I got to sell the property from start to finish. Nigel really helped me out a lot and I'm not sure the property would have sold in the time it did without his help. He communicated excellently between myself and the buyer.

This was the sale of my mother's home after she had to go into care. It was a very difficult time, the staff at White & Brooks were very understanding, they were not pushy in any way what so ever. They were quick to reply to any questions I had. They understood my concerns around Covid due to the vulnerability of my mum. When a sale fell through, they advised me again on the asking price, and this advice proved to be good. I was offered advice around solicitors. As a small company they were excellent in every respect. Their fees were sensible, and competative yet still offering a grrat service. Very customer focused. I have recommended them to people I know that are thinking of selling.
