payed 65 pound to get my phone fixed and its not been workng the same i have to reset the phone to get it to work i went in today to complain about it and the person said it was the 3 cracks on the screen but before i got it fixed there was loads of cracks on it and it was working fine dont go there it is terrable if i had to rate it out of 10 it would be a 1-10

Mum's phone knackered, fixed in 1 hour, nice guy and assume daughter, can't fault, fair price will be recommending to others.Fair play to the guy. Prefers cash as well which I am very all for. Cash is king, going cashless will be the worst decision ever.

Used Bay Mobile to have a new charger port fitting... Port fitted and charged fine, trouble was the new port stopped my sim card from getting a signal... The owner quickly fixed the problem and now have my phone back fully working... Excellent service, nothing to much trouble... Definitely recommend

My wife got her phone repaired after I broke it the other day, it was an expensive repair however he did the repair and we picked the phone, got it home and it started playing up the screen wouldn’t work and and the buttons would not work on the side of the phone, we took it back a couple of days later, we dropped the phone off after lunch and he said he would repair it that day. We went back at 17:00 to collect the phone as he shuts at 17:30, my wife went in and he was still repairing the phone. The shop owner stayed open for a further hour and a half whilst he repaired my wife’s phone on a Saturday evening, he did a lot of work the second time around and he had his family waiting to go home, lovely family by the way if your reading this, he would not go until he had rectified the earlier issue and you don’t get service like that anymore, thank you pal very good service and we will use you again, much better than that cowboy in the middle of the arndale, great service

DO NOT USE. They charged me for a screen repair on my iPhone X and it just stopped working after a month. Then the proper iPhone place told me they used a cheap Chinese copy of the screen. Messed up my connectors as well. Cost me an arm and a leg to repair the screen and the damage they caused. I'm guessing all there parts are cheap knock offs that cause more damage to your phone. Stay away from this shop
