Windsor Castle Parking Lots

Never park here!!! My two has been stolen from this parking slot. Theft broke my car’s window and took my two bag. So please be aware. I highly recommend if you park here don’t put valuable items inside the car because the area near the parking lot is really good but the people is not good.

Convenient parking option in the centre of Windsor although a bit pricey. Jimmy the parking attendant helped out with understanding the fees and charges based on how long we thought we might stay.

Don’t park your car there!! Paid the ticket, displayed it and still got the fine. Apparently they couldn’t read the details, send the proof of payment and all the details and still was not enough!!! Be aware they are stealing people money and i have reported them to the respective authorities. Today, only one month later, without any prior notice i had a call saying that my case has gone in the debt collection and had to pay £170. Extremely disappointed!!

This car Park is a good option for parking near Windsor Castle and also it is next to very beautiful river if you are willing to pay a little extra for convenience and security. The car park is well-maintained and has everything you need to make your visit to the castle stress-free

Avoid this private car park, extortionate charges and poorly managed. My family and I witnessed a number of customers being short changed. When challenged the change attendant was rude and aggressive. This is a disgrace and not a good advert for Windsor.

The car park operator uses mean practices where they wait until first minute of expiry and fine you immediately with £100 charge. Avoid this car park! There are better and cheaper car parks.

Farce of a car park. After paying 17 extortionate pounds for 5 hours, to park there. We return to our vehicle a hour and half early. As we were departing we were stopped by an elderly man claiming to work there. He went on to request we hand over our pay and display ticket. We found this an odd request as it was our only proof of purchase and date/time. When challenged about it. He turned aggressive and behaved strangely. Trying to insist we hand it over. We refused and said we were being rude. However it was his odd request that made us question his overall motives. He threatened to take down our reg. but we drove out and he began blowing his whistle as if we had committed a crime. It was the strangest experience. Private parking at its worst.

Don’t park your car there!! I would give negative star if possible. Paid the ticket and still got the £100 fine! I talked to the operator when I bought the ticket, returned before expiration, talked to the operator when I saw the PCN notice, and I was asked to appeal which I did with receipt photos, but they all work together to make money out of fines, so appeal was denied. I should have listened to all the other 1-star reviews and avoid this place at all costs!!
