Ray, Shaun and the rest of the Berkshire Cycles team were brilliant. The bike was ordered and arrived quickly and was assembled in store to a high standard.The bike even ended up cheaper than Giant's RRP!A great independent bike shop! I'd definitely head there again.

Great little shop. I ordered my Brompton through these guys and they've been servicing it since. They facilitated my cycle to work scheme easily too. No problems at all.I'd come here over one of the bigger chain stores anytime.

Really helpful staff. I had a good chat with them about a bike that wasn't even in their shop, but they're getting one in for me to have a look at. Answered all my questions about gear ratios and suitability and weren't there just to sell me what they could or the most expensive model. So much better than my experience in Evans Cycling. I've bought bikes from Berkshire Cycle company in the past and will continue to do so. Great place

These guys have fixed up my bike at short notice twice now and I've been totally pleased with the service. I use a fold-up bike, and they specialise in these: when I needed a new tyre they had exactly what I needed in stock when other high-street retailers did not. When I needed a new spoke, they just machined me one to size there and then. Excellent service at an excellent price, I'll keep coming back.

Exceptional service; came in, they identified immediately everything wrong with the bike and gave good information, fixed everything within 20 minutes (replaced both tyres with less-puncturable tyres I asked for, replaced brake pads, replaced inner tube on front wheel), didn't charge for labour and were attentive and helpful and friendly.Oh, and they noticed the problem with the front brake sitting too tight on the mudguard (I hadn't mentioned it to them) that other shops had told me was just how it was"

Excellent local bike shop. These guys really know their stuff and are super helpful. I've bought a number of bikes here and use them for servicing and repairs. Much better value for money than some of the bigger retailers.

Took my fairly battered Giant road bike into these chaps for a service and change of gear cable. V reasonable price (£42 for full service, clean, replacement gear and brake cable and front pads); done for next day and bike rides 10x better! Would recommend

Popped in quickly to have a quick chat about some electric bikes and potentially scope out a new road bike, unfortunately as I arrived they were closing!Yet, the two staff members in there were exceptional helpful and invited me in, giving me some advice about electric bikes without brand bias and being very accommodating to organise a test ride the following day!Always lovely to see such passionate local staff, looking forward to checking out their stock tomorrow!

This is a fantastic bike shop. They have been servicing and repairing our Brompton bikes for the last 10 years, and I make a point of travelling over to Reading from Basingstoke to see them because not only do they really know Brompton bikes exceptionally well but they carry a lot of stock, are generally able to fix my bikes within 2-3 hours of them being dropped off, and charge very reasonable prices. In addition to the Bromptons, I also bought a Specialised hybrid bike from them about 4 years ago, and this has also served me extremely well. The guys in this shop do a brilliant job year-in-year-out: massive thanks to them for what they do!

Excellent and honest service. I am beyond impressed! Decathlon held my bike for a week and didn't touch it, asking for £50. These guys fixed the problem for less than half the price. Fully recommended!
