No serviceI know my suitcase is in Heathrow ,my airline says it’s lost so my believe is someone at Heathrow is thieving my bag. I have proof my bag is there and still more than a month in air line says it’s lost and Heathrow doesn’t help. I have the picture of your Merlin system saying the bag never left Heathrow. Why everyone keeps saying it’s lostYou are thieving people property to then auction and make money

They stole my money and my valuable goods inside of my bag, either them or the cleaners who handed it to them, either way when I complained i got told basically.... nothing we can do, after charging me to get my items back

The system is practically nonexistent - unless you are very lucky or have weeks and weeks of spare time trying to connect with them, and then lots of time to go into the airport office (i tried for several days and then 2 weeks later again)..My bag, property and Airtag showed exactly where it was but between British Airways and Heathrow Lost Property it couldn’t be located.I suspect the contents were stolen by staff members as the final location of the airtag was in a pile of roadworks rubbish that was cordoned off - the bag was visible, but the tag location was very clear.BA should have been accountable as it was lost on their property - but they don’t even have a proper system to register the lost items with them - just a network of ‘contact LHR Lost Property’ > they send you back to your airline and around & around.-5 stars for BA & 1 star for LHR lost property (the staff were nice)

After making contact with staff here they located an important lost item and now it's on it's way back to my home in the US after just three days missing. I had given up hope but the staff here went the extra mile despite the unimaginable volume of goods they must deal with everyday. Thanks to Fravel and team!

Terribe experience so far.Raised a claim by the website , been calling multiple times only to be ketp waiting . Also left a voice message and still no reply. Just terrible service considering that is is for travellers that might be leaving the country in a few days

Went in and the attendant was completely unwilling to look for an item the website said they had. There are 70 tablets." So what? This one has a blue case which would narrow it to down to 10. I showed you what it looked like. Why have a publicly accessible staffed office if you just want people to use the website. Don't waste your time."
