You ither refund or replace the productI will be going to applay court claim next week and you will be paying court fees as well as refund

I have ordered products off this company that I should have got on the 7th . Didn’t turn up , said they would resend my order on the 8th , but not seen or heard anything it’s now the 15th

I literally cannot recommend this company enough! Abs is a wonderful guy and will go above and beyond to do anything for his customers! The company stocks all the latest tools and products and once abs even saved my life by sending me some clippers I needed in an Uber! You don’t get better service than that!!

The best kit at the best prices and the best service. I get the bus down to see them every time I need something because I won’t go anywhere else. Sorted out delivery for me too for when I can’t. Can’t recommend enough.

Was recommended here by a friend, after struggling to get certain pieces of kitOnline. It was a nice surprise finding a local business to support, absolutely top service answered every question I had and to top it off had the kit i was looking for.. I know where I’ll be shopping for my barber supplies from now on.

I had bought from MCR barber supplies previously and was happy with the clipper I received. It arrived in a sealed box and was brand new which led me to make another purchase. So the next clipper arrived I noticed the box wasn’t sealed and it had a greasy fingerprint mark, and what looked like a grey/white hair in the box.(this is why I’m cautious of online shopping) unhappy I sent an email. A week passed no reply, so went searching via instagram. Found them and asked would I be able to return the item? I was told if the box and clipper wasn’t used I could. I replied this is why I’m sending it back because it does seem like it was used. I was told to send it over and it would be inspected. I had also asked for the return address and got no reply so had to go searching for it also. I sent it back first class signed delivery. A few days passed no word. sent another message. Oh yes we inspected the clipper it’s actually oil residue which appears like white hair. We can send another one but postage will be covered by you. I replied that’s good to know the only problem is I paid £5.39p and if I had to pay that again I’m down even more money. If there’s an offer for a refund I’ll settle for that instead thanks. Again I was met with silence. after another day or two I asked was there any updates? I was then told they could arrange the refund minus the postage charge! I asked where does it say this in your terms and conditions? To which I got the reply “you are correct this needs to be stipulated in our terms and conditions and we have to update this! We will process your refund asap. They never did process the refund asap! I had to open a PayPal case and got refunded by PayPal over a month later. I probably would have been a loyal customer if it hadn’t been for that unpleasant experience.

I have used them for many years now and not only do they stock a wide range of premium barber equipment and products at competitive prices, they also offer an excellent and well needed over-the-counter tool repair service. My order arrived on time however there was an issue with 1 of the items and another was missing. This would have been a totally negative experience but the guys at MCR Barber Supplies acknowledge my issues right away, compensated me by giving me a discount and provided a more expensive item on the missing order for no additional cost.I've marked them 5 stars because albeit there was an error, they quickly sorted it. I will definitely be coming back to these guys. The lady in store was very knowledgeable too.Thanks for sorting guys!
