Absolutely appalling treatment from this branch. My dog was here for 9 days. He has never been the same since he came back severely underweight vomiting blood and couldn't keep any food down not even half a tin. Before they took him when I was falsely arrested he could eat 3 full tins no problem he Is now back to health but doesn't like strangers anymore very sad to see. Definitely needs investigating this branch

Had to take my fur baby less than a week ago to be told my baby's has cancer and it was touch and go of she would survive but the wonderful vets here saved her life and she recovering so well I can't thank you all enough you are my hero's ❤️

Please don’t ever ring RSPCA and report animals as they just kill them after a few days!!!We have lost our poor cat we had her for 30 years + they had her for 6 days and made the decision to kill her as they don’t have capacity.

If I could rate them a minus 1 I would, worst place ever for your cat, extremely rude staff and very unprofessional, place needs a refurb aswell as staff, they put my cat down without letting me know, asked for my cat back but no they decided to put it down and only thing I could collect of it’s was it’s ashes, I am extremely and utterly devastated dont bring your cat/kittens here,

Instead of looking after animals, or contacting the owner of missing animals, they instead burn them alive. Disgusting treatment and comments, especially from the receptionist, she spat on me and has now given me covid-19. This place needs regulating and/or policies updating. How can they kill lost animals when the owners are worried out of their minds??? Not to mention spit on you when you question them.

I’d give this place a 0 if I could. Appalled this organisation has killed my friends cat. This RSPCA in Salford needs to go under investigation after hearing how they treat animals. And behaviour towards people is atrocious. This RSPCA is responsible for malpractice and seriously needs to go under review and those affected need to take legal action.
