Nick was affable, efficient and produced a very thorough and helpful survey at a fair price, followed by a subsequent phone call where he explained everything really clearly and patiently. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend - I'd urge people to always consider supporting a reputable independent business like this before going to one of the big survey firms, as in my experience the level of local knowledge and accountability is on another level for the former vs the latter

Very pleased with the survey Nick did for us. Thoroughly professional, an eye for detail and extensive experience of the Sheffield property market which gives him insight to the history and background of building in the area. The report was issued within 24 hours and he was happy to conduct a follow up visit to review some concerns based on our solicitor's observations. Cost was competitive - recommended!

I'm not sure what I can add to all the previous recommendations. Nick has provided us with an excellent service. He was able to do the survey soon after our discussion and the report was sent same day. As also mentioned before the service didn't end here. Used Nick for our survey for the purchase of our first home - as first time buyers we were pretty clueless about the process but Nick explained everything in detail prior to the survey and then had a phone call with my partner to answer any questions about the report. From the offset, NicK was prompt at replying to emails and reassuring throughout. There was a short wait for the survey date which helped progress my move in a timely manner. The report was quickly sent to me and easy to read with certain trouble points highlighted in red. I found being able to speak to him about the survey was invaluable. I felt well looked after. I even used him twice! I would definitely recommend.

Nick was fantastic to work with. As first type buyers we felt very out of our depth and lacked the knowledge of the processes required. Nick helped us in regard to choosing the right survey for our needs. He also helped us after the survey in regard to explaining the results and requirements needed to get started with our new home. He made time for a phone call after the survey to explain the results. I could not recommend him enough.
