We tried for years to sell our property utilising various estate agents, David and his team did exactly what they said they would securing the sale of our property. Communication throughout the process was exactly what you would hope and expect. I would certainly use Surrey Estates again and highly recommended.

My wife and I rented a property from Surrey Estates a year ago and we dealt with Linder and June and occasionally with David.They went all out of their way to help us with the paper work and could not be more helpful.They were sympathetic with all the transactions and with our experience in dealing with other estate agents we would not hesitate in recommending Surrey Estates.

We asked Surrey Estates to market our property after we had made an offer on one of their properties, having previously been using a high street Estate Agent for a long time.What a contrast!Not only were Surrey Estates cheaper, but they were very proactive in finding us a buyer and this paid off when the first two people who viewed our house made us an offer.Throughout the whole process of buying and selling Surrey Estates kept us informed and updated. David was always easy to contact and willing to answer any queries.The legal side of things didn't go smoothly, but we were expertly guided and supported throughout by David and Iwona.In conclusion, we found the staff at Surrey Estates to be enthusiastic, proactive, excellent communicators, informative, supportive and friendly. Fantastic service from Surrey Estates. We initially went on the market with Surrey Estates and a large, well known agent and soon gave the other agent notice when we realised the service Luke and Sophia provided was streets ahead. They were always friendly and professional and worked very hard to secure our sale. They were also great at communicating with all parties once we had secured our sale to make the whole process as smooth as possible. Highly recommended!

Luke and Sophia were a great team. Through some very tricky negotiations and unpredictable behaviour, they consistently exceeded our expectations with direct and honest communication and feedback. They really know their market well and sold my central Guildford house twice whilst still retaining our offer on our perfect house. What I loved most was that they would call me unprompted to give me updates and review situations. I wouldn't relish the opportunity to be back on the market any time soon but should the need arise, I'd want them on my side.

We purchased a property through Luke and the team at Surrey Estates. The level of service and attention provided was exemplary at all stages from our initial viewing through to completion. Having dealt with a number of estate agents during our property search Surrey Estates really stood out in providing not only honest unvarnished views (not always a given when dealing with an estate agent trying to sell a house!) as well as professional service and preparedness (again, Luke personally attended all our viewings, and was able to address in detail all our concerns and queries, whereas other agents provided either very junior staff or other unable to answer any queries on the day). They also did a great job in managing the property chain and in keeping us informed throughout and were a pleasure to deal with. Would wholeheartedly recommend.

Although we didn't seal any deal with Surrey Estates, me and the missus were very pleased to meet Linda and observe her professionalism and kindness. She is one of the best estate agents I've come across and deserves a 5-star rating exclusively for herself. It's unfortunate that we couldn't seal the deal due to issues related to the building, however I would definitely recommend this business to friends and family. Keep up the good work guys.

We could not have been happier with the service we received from Surrey Estates. We had to get our house on the market extremely quickly so as not to miss out on the property we were interested in buying, and they managed it admirably from a standing start within a couple of days. What turned out to be an unexpectedly difficult and protracted purchase for us was made vastly easier by Sophia and Luke's support, persistence and professionalism in the handling of our sale from the very beginning right through to completion. We chose Surrey Estates over several much more established names in the industry, based on the sense of commitment, competence and integrity we got from them, and we never once had cause to regret our decision. Sophia from Surrey Estates has been really kind and helpful throughout a very difficult sale. She was always easy to communicate with, and although we were buying through them , as opposed to selling, she treated us very fairly and did a great job of keeping all parties as happy as possible in trying circumstances.
