About the Business
Newbourne Springs Nature Reserve | Suffolk Wildlife Trust | This small wooded valley with its spring-fed stream used to be a source of water for Felixstowe. Together with its small area of marsh, fen and adjacent heathland this reserve is good for flowering plants and a variety of birds including treecreeper, goldcrest and two species of woodpecker.

Beautiful undulating wooded reserve with mature trees, springs and streams, boardwalk paths over marshy areas, flock black sheep! Ideal for kids and dogs, small car park but usually space. Next to foodie Pub, Newbourne Fox.

Very lovely park with dedicated free parking. Very quiet, clearly marked paths and perfect for a family walk out. Not enormous, but big enough for a 30 minutes walk. Fox Inn is just around the corner for refreshments afterwards.

Actually saw a glow-worm on Friday night. Only a short walk all the way round. Gorgeous arboreal paradise. Saw a stag beetle 10meters from the car park. Lots of places for kids to paddle and splash in the sandy stream. Please respect the natural environment and enjoy this tranquil place of wonder (and wear bug spray).

This nature reserve provides a reasonable walk, some of it on duck boards. It was quite wet for our walk, but lots of lovely autumn colours to enjoy.

Very nice walk in the nature, along side river. Perfect to recharge your inner self. Have been last year and again now and would go again for sure. Not many people on the way and only few cars in the car park.

Great place to walk dogs or just for a peaceful family walk. So much to see and hear. Just keep dogs on leads!!There is a field opposite the car park which is a perfect place to let dogs run.

Always nice to go to Newborn Springs here the bird's tweeting, dog love the water we come back feeling happy, not to forget there's a fox pub around the corner always very busy.
