Found great things here, staff is kind and helpful

Although the staff are friendly, and I know its for a good cause, but the person who checks and puts the stock into the shop should really take care on the condition of some of the cloths, Ok I know they are mostly second hand but all 3 items I purchased yesterday went in the bin, Yes I should have looked closure but would not think to turn a garment inside out, large rips in the lining, holes big enough to put my hand through, I would expect second hand clothing not to be perfect, but all 3 items were unwearable.

The best charity shop in Oadby. I always end up buying something whenever I come. When you walk into any shop you want to feel relaxed, you want to go to a shop that is organised and you want to have great customer service...the Air Ambulance shop in Oadby ticks all these boxes and this is because of the staff and manager. So easy to donate items too. The staff are all so helpful, friendly and welcoming. The manager always has a smile on her face and takes the time to greet everyone and check up on customers. Shes brilliant! Everyone there are all so hardworking and take care in the items they put out. Thank you to all the staff there who make me feel so welcome. Your hardwork is truly appreciated.
