Outstanding service. Michelle was tremendously helpful without ever being pushy. We were able to take away plenty of samples to help with the decision making. She got the carpet for us remarkably quickly and the fitter was lovely too - extremely thorough and careful. We are delighted with the result. We will certainly be going back to Coastal Carpets in the future - we haven't found service like this elsewhere - and recommend them most highly.

My Wife and I are over the moon with our new carpets! from the initial meeting with Tony, a true gentleman, calls with Michelle, and the swiftness and cleanliness of the completed fitting, we are incredibly impressed with the service from Coastal Carpets. Really pleased with the service from coastal carpets from Michelle measuring up, quoting and dropping of some samples for us to view in our kitchen, through to ordering and finally James and Andy finishing up leaving us with a lovely new floor. I have used Coastal Carpets for a number of my projects and the service is always as you would want it to be, Michelle & Tony as helpful as ever and the job was carried out to a very good standard, especially the hard laminate flooring, excellent job. We had fitted The Gemstone Collection carpet, Quality:Coral, Colour :Bay, would highly recommend it if your looking for a good quality carpet, its so lovely & soft underfoot, feels amazing, like walking on cotton wool...Highly recommend using Coastal Carpets as Michelle & Tony were friendly, pleasant & very helpful. Both Michelle & Tony are very knowledgeable about the products they had to offer, we received excellent advice & fast service.Our carpets are beautiful, finished our bedroom off a treat.Thank you Michelle & Tony x

Visited Michelle and Tony at Coastal Carpets in Bognor Regis as we wished to replace our Kitchen & hall flooring and stairs and landings carpet. Michelle was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products on offer and we received excellent product advice & service from start to finish. We took a car boot full of samples away to try at home, we made our selection and Michelle took over our order with no issues whatsoever. The fitters arrived on the agreed dates & on time!! We are extremely happy with the results. Thanks Michelle & Tony, best of luck with your new venture.

We just love our new carpet!Michelle was really helpful with recommendations and suggestions but not at all pushy. James the fitter arrived on time, was polite and considerate and did a fantastic job. We love what has been done so much we have asked for the rest of upstairs to be done by them too!
