The service and care in-store they provided was exceptional from start to finish. It’s was a refreshing setting for any watch enthusiast or anyone who was interested in purchasing a Tudor in general. I ordered my Tudor watch online last week but it didn’t fit properly. I phoned a few places that said they couldn’t help me. I was advised to contact Tudor boutique and they said they could adjust it for me. I visited this morning and the staff were very pleasant and helpful and didn’t charge me. I would highly recommend this boutique.

I recently purchased a watch from the Tudor shop on Buchanan Street. I had a fantastic experience from start to finish. My first visit to the shop my partner and I were made to feel welcome and the staff took their time to show me all the time pieces I was interested in and were also kind enough to serve us to some champagne and beer.I would like to personally thank Haj who answered all my questions about the watches and Tudor Care. Haj kept in touch with me and made her self available to contact for further information. I went back and bought my watch and again received outstanding service.I will be visiting the Buchanan Street store again and would highly encourage others to do the same. 10/10 for service, quality and knowledge.

I was dealing with an employee called Gerard, I told Gerard how I needed to get a watch for a wedding which I am the best man in. Gerard understood how much this meant to me and went to extreme lengths to try source a scarce watch for me. But he sadly could not he did feel bad and said multiple times he really tired which was fair. But he found an amazing alternatives which gave me a very hard choice to pick from. I just wanted to share the fantastic experience I had when buying a Tudor Black Bay 58. I visited the shop while working in Glasgow to try the watch on, the staff and atmosphere were fantastic but I didn't buy the watch, then and there which I regretted, so once home I contacted Donna who arranged to get one delivered to my home and also sized the strap for me as well. I can't recommend the Glasgow shop team enough and loving the watch. Donna and team thank you very much for all you help and fantastic service..
