Frankie + Lola's Liverpool

Great soft play. But I think the play area could be bigger. Still very good experience and challenge for my 6yo daughters. Food is tasty, employees are very professional and friendly. We always like to coming back.

Usually love Frankie and Lola’s however, it was absolutely awful in here today! There was one member of staff, who seemed to be having to handle everything by herself (Rachel) she maintained a really positive attitude despite everything going on and is a credit to the company. However, the same can not be said for the apparent ‘manager’ who had an awful attitude and did not seem to help at all. It was extremely busy and there was a crowd of parents and children waiting at the front to get in.There was an incident between another parent and the ‘manager’ which left the mum furious, upset and shaking. The mum told us what had happened and we were appalled, to refuse to give a child a drink that their parent had paid for is disgusting, all because of a sarcastic comment made by the mum as a result of the ‘managers’ disgusting attitude.Asda security were called to remove the 2 mums and their young children from Frankie and Lola’s, which even the security person that came was confused by. The ‘manager’ walked over to the mums and their children whilst they were eating their food, she began to shout at the mum in front of her children and every other customer, who were all looking over. The mum asked her to stop arguing with her in front of her children, She carried on.The security guard advised the ‘manager’ to allow the children to finish their food before they left. The manager then disappeared into the back and didn’t return before myself and my son left.There was a huge queue of parents and children waiting to be served, who were becoming increasingly frustrated, not a member of staff to be seen, other than Rachel who was trying to see to the growing crowd of parents waiting at the front.Eventually a different staff member who we hadn’t even seen since arriving began to serve the queue of parents.The 2 mums and their young children left, however it was heartbreaking to see how upset their children were, who also did not receive a drink OR a refund.

I booked my daughter’s 3rd birthday party here after visiting for the first time after Christmas. From start to finish the staff were all really helpful and accommodating.When we arrived the area was set up beautifully so I had no need to do anything!The children (aged 1-5) all had a wonderful time, the centre is perfectly set up to cater for older and younger children and safe for them all to play without worrying.The food was great too. As children’s parties go, this was pretty stress free and excellent value for money. Thank you to you all, my daughter’s first ever non covid birthday was a great success.

Absolutely lovely soft play centre, my son loved it. Clean, safe equipment, friendly staff and tasty meals. I highly recommend this gorgeous place.

Frankie and Lola's ran a wonderful birthday party for my son. His friends loved playing around the Softplay area, which was clean and safe, they definitely appreciate the 'unlimited juice' to keep them going during play time.The food was enjoyed and quickly devoured but the hungry party guests. Would be happy to recommend this place for hosting a kids party.Staff were friendly, attentive and professional

Brilliant experience for my son's party. Great variety and amount of food provided including pizza, garlic bread, crisps, chicken, ice cream, and plenty of juice. Staff really friendly and helpful with the cake cutting. Would recommend to anyone, especially if you get a membership discount

A great soft play. Although not as big as some of the local ones it's a reasonably challenging activity for my 6 year old. However, for my 18 month old it is absolutely ideal. It is really safe and accessible for toddlers.The whole place is immaculate, well maintained and feels hygienic.Food is good and really reasonable. My favourite soft play.

This was mine and my daughter's first time at Frankie & Lola's. We went for the Barbie event. My daughter loved every minute of being there, she didn't want to leave! She was mesmerized when she met Barbie, she enjoyed all the activities and the play area. The place was very clean and the staff were very friendly and made sure everyone was ok and really interacted with the kids. We will definitely be back and I will recommend this place to everyone.

An amazing place to spend a little bit of quality time with your kids.Food: Cooked fresh to order and everything was delicious.Facilities: New, clean, child-proofed, accessible for all children (including my very awkward and unsturdy! 3 year old!)Staff: All lovely girls who were on hand when parents needed them. I was especially impressed with Amie, who was able to resolve (very minor) issues instantly with a friendly, professional approach. I felt very relaxed here at this facility, it is safe, clean and staff are always on hand with activities prepared for the children throughout the entire Summer holiday (The itinerary I saw for July/August looked great, nothing I'd ever seen other playcentres do before).
