Have bought electrical goods from Tyler's for many years and have always been impressed with the selection of products available and the high level of service provided by the knowledgeable staff. Recently we had need to replace a fridge freezer and contacted Tyler's who couldnt have been more helpful. Despite not stocking the particular model we were after, they were able to source the exact model we wanted which was delivered and fitted promptly at a time to suit. Excellent service -thank you!

Our fridge/freezer broke down in the night. I called today on a Saturday morning, to enquire about an imminent replacement. The manager was so helpful and went out of his way to arrange for it to be delivered today. The very kind and busy delivery driver agreed to get it to us, even with his round being fully booked for the day. We are so grateful with having a young child who relies on refrigerated snacks. Thank you so much! We will always come here in the future.

Just wanted to thank Andy for his help in ording the tv I wanted. I didn't want to go to the big chains as their customer service is rubbish. Andy was so helpful and friendly.That is what customer service is all about.Keep our local business you get the service you need. Oh and yes they price match as well.

I have just used Tyler's in Newport for the first time. We bought a Bosch washing machine at a good competitive price. The service from Andy at Newport was excellent - he was very helpful and easy to deal with. The Delivery of the machine was done by Martin - who again was very helpful. I will be using Tyler's again in the future. Thankyou
