Just had a hair cut here with John, the experience was fantastic, the staff are super nice, coffee was great, the backwash unit has a massage function with it which is something I have never experience before. Highly recommended.

John and the team at Stone Hair are honestly amazing! Consummate professionals and walking into the salon feels like going to see old friends again. Sam understands exactly what I want/need doing with my hair even when I might not! Plus if you're lucky, you'll get to give Cub, the salon pup, a little cuddle and who could say no to that!! Well worth traveling to if you're in need of a cut, the customer experience is second to none.

Been here many times now to see Jenna for a haircut and blow dry and every time she makes me feel very confident and makes tips and recommendations on what is best for my hair. I often find the experience of going to hairdressers anxiety inducing but Jenna always makes me feel very happy and comfortable, as well as the other staff at Stone. Thankyou always!

Amazing customer service, very chilled atmosphere. Great coffee, fantastic haircut and finish every time without fail. Sam cut’s, drys and styles my hair with a very high attention to detail each time I visit. The rest of the team are incredibly warm and welcoming. If you like dogs, this place will work for you too. I love having my hair cut, a pup soothingly sat near/on my lap whilst chatting over a coffee. A truly unique, personalised to you service in Kingston.

I have recently moved to the area and needed to find a new hairdresser. I have curly hair and when I called, Lisa was recommended. It's hard to find stylists who are good with curly hair but Lisa was great, she listened to what I wanted with regards to the length, which is rare, it's the best cut I've had in ages. I highly recommend for anyone with curly hair. Salon itself is lovely and not pretentious.

Great Salon run by the formidable John who has a wealth of experience cutting for the catwalk and fashion shoots for various magazines. A highly experienced team in a lovely local salon, with the added bonus of a lovely pup who will curl up on your lap for a snooze if you like dogs! John has also developed an amazing range of skincare and grooming products which are all natural and smell amazing!! Always have a great experience here but my favs are Sam, Lisa and John.

Really calm atmosphere in this salon. Lovely little doggies trot around the place and if you stroke them, they will come and sit on your lap. Great coffee too. Most importantly, Lisa is absolutely the best hairdresser I’ve ever had, she magically cuts my hair in a way that somehow makes it look thicker than it is and she gets a really nice shape for my wavy hair. I have never had so many compliments in my fairly long life. Strange at first, but I’m getting used to it! We have great conversations and I love her world view, which makes the experience additionally enjoyable. I hope she stays there.
