Absolutely appalling customer service, the woman on the phone was constantly butting in as I was trying to explain what I wanted. I had to wait an hour for it to finally arrive. Stone cold pizza, squashed to the side of the box. And I made the mistake of tipping £3.I will never be ordering from this useless place ever again.

Ordered 2 chicken kebabs one large and one extra large. They simply made one cut it in half and served it as two despite being exactly the same size. Would not recommend

Love this place the owner is a great guy, appreciates his regular customers. the food is always tasty, delicious kebab meat. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

We ordered a small amount of food from Caspian Hut on Friday night. Unfortunately, all of the delivery went straight in the bin. I have never seen such low quality food before. As we had to be up very early the next day, we had no time to call the takeaway to complain and have the issue sorted that evening, as we couldn't wait up for a redelivery, etc....The food was delivered before the allotted time by a friendly and polite driver. The garlic mushrooms weren't too bad. A 3.5 out of 5. However, the chicken was the worst chicken that my boyfriend has ever had. It didn't even look like Southern Fried Chicken. The chips were revolting - cooked in oil far past it's best. And the chip butty was presented in a hard burger bun, rather than in a fresh buttered roll as I would have expected. Fresh rolls are cheap and easy to obtain from any supermarket so there is no excuse to use a hard burger bun. Service was good but the food leaves a lot to be desired. We won't be back, I'm afraid. As food was delivered early, being busy isn't an excuse for poor food. One to avoid. The high score is misleading. I'd rather have spent £5 more and had a better quality meal.I have also now discovered that after leaving a similar negative review on the Caspian Hut on Facebook page, this takeaway has had me blocked by Facebook from viewing any review on any Facebook Page. This is outrageous and I shall be taking this further with Facebook.

amazing food as always, staff are always so friendly and happy to help. the food is well presented, the freshly cooked pizzas are the best in carlisle. order from here get often and will continue to order regularly. thank you for the great service guys.

Disgusting customer service, called to ask if the takeaway is halal and was told yes. Then asked if all their food is halal and get told to find somewhere else and hung up on. I most definitely will find somewhere else, someone that will provide good customer service. Just from the call I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Great food. Great service, only let down by the fact it was closed when I went... I knocked on the glass... but no body came... so I went away... the next time I went... it was open... I said hello, can I have chicken korma and chips.... he said he didn't do korma, and I was in the wrong shop... So I left.... later that same day... I walked past... and it was shut... oh well... you win some, and you lose some... but who cares?...

No sheesh for mixed kebab,still waiting over 1&half hours later for food to be deliverd contacted shop to be told it was sent out straight away after he contacted me but there had been a delay. Its now 11.30 still no sign of our delivery,if we hadnt all ready paid would tell them to stick it. Defo 1 to avoid! No doubt food is now going to be freezing cold disgusting service would give zero stars if i could

Appalling service. I Noticed I got a beef burger instead of a chicken burger as the delivery driver was still at the door, so I paid for my order and asked the delivery driver to please bring my chicken burger and I will call up and explain to them. When I called up to explain, the man instantly started shouting at me, telling me he didn't want to hear it and that I was a silly little girl. Then hung up on me, when I tried to call back just to ask for a rufund, he picked the call and just ignored me. Didn't get my chicken burger or my money back. THIEF

One of the best kebabs and the chilli sauce is one of the best I've tasted and cheaper than most others if not the cheapest. The only probably is they dice the onion for the pizzas, we need strips of onion for the kebabs.
