I just don’t get how somewhere can be listed as 24 hours but they never pick up the phone. I had an emergency and I kept calling them and they didn’t pick up, not once. Thanks for nothing.

The reception claimed that all parcel should be dropped there for logistic collection, however they do not pay any responsibility for your belongings you left there. They lost my parcel of my belongings worth £1000. They did not try to help instead kick you around to other staff and departments. Never ever put your stuff there.
