The lady ( Rachel ) that conducted my test was absolutely amazing. She made me feel very relaxed, she was very engaging and I thoroughly enjoyed the session I had with her. I hope that many more people get the chance to experience the kind of professionalism and decorum this lady possessed. I am eternally grateful to her. Fantastic tutor all around. Place is very clean and staff so lovely kind and polite. Treat me with respect. Felt comfortable and examiner was very professional. Not far from the Preston bus stop and station. Easy to find.
