Kilnsey Trekking & Riding Centre

Was amazing. We have never ridden before and thought we would try it. Our son (6) was overwhelmed with the size of some of the ponies and got scared. The staff were really helpful and helped us sit him on the pony and did a quick walk outside and bam he loved it! :D. Such a lovely place and all the staff were great will definitely be booking again :)

We all enjoyed our ride! All the staff was amazing and the ponies were well-behaved, highly recommend especially for those with little to no riding experience!

Lovely knowledgeable people with a super selection of horses and ponies. We were a party of 4 doing 2 full day rides. Horses and rides were amazing, Michelle was our “leader” and had lots of interesting snippets of historical information to share. Scenery out of this world. Can’t wait. to return

A lovely stables! I emailed in advance and discussed our request and ability, they suggested a private ride, which was slightly more expensive than a bigger group ride, but very much worth it. The lady who introduced us to our horses was lovely, and our guide rider was very friendly and knowledgeable and the scenery was absolutely fantastic. But best of all, our horses were brilliant; exactly what we were each looking for. My daughter might have liked a bit of a faster ride, but given it was our first one with the centre, I felt it was perfectly pitched. We would highly recommend and would definitely go again.

I have been taking my children here for the last 9 years and they love it. We do the treks out in a group at Easter and Christmas etc and although it isn't overly far my boys love it! X

What a lovely group of people, really friendly staff / owners... I took my family horse trekking for mother's day, we had one nervous little boy who was soon put at ease from the staff, he nows wants to go more often myself included.The surroundings are marvellous and the price is just right.Such a good start to the weekend, thank you and we'll hopefully see you in the future.

What a fantastic family experience.We took 4 family members ranging from a 50 year old who had never ridden before and always wanted to, down to a 7 year old who is currently having lessons.They had a thoroughly amazing time in a stunning Dales valley. The staff eased the nerves and accompanied is on our hours ride along the quiet roads. Special mention to Jenny and Hannah who were professional,hardworking and terribly supportive of my family members. We would definitely go again.
