Jay is a great instructor, he really pays attention to detail, provides a great learning environment for his students and the fact he's trained for over a decade is definitely beneficial because he has the knowledge to help his student succeed. Would definitely recommend the club.

I started training at this club around 4 months ago with no prior experience of jiu-Jitu. The two amazing coaches made me feel welcome and have helped me develop my knowledge of the sport. I would definitely recommend this club to any beginner looking to join the sport!!

Very friendly team with a great instructor, Jay who takes the time to ensure you understand all the moves properly. Ideal learning environment for all levels, especially beginners. I would definitely recommend it to everyone looking to do bjj at a good price

Jay is a great instructor. He really takes the time to ensure you get the details of each move, and will help identify the microadjustments needed to improve your game. As a woman I found the environment to be respectful and welcoming.
