If I could score Featherstone 10 out of 5 I would. I first met Luke while I was really struggling clearing mums house as she'd gone into a home and I had to sell the house for her care. It's been years since I've met someone so genuine caring and so bloody kind. He renewed my faith in humankind. Luke humbled me. We walked round mums house together. He let me ramble on about the memories held in the house and was genuinely interested. Luke gave me a very competitive rate and after meeting some of the other clearance company's there was a clear winner. Featherstone. I only just met him but I trusted him implicitly. He gave me a date for the clearance and I gave the keys to him. True to his word he did exactly what he said he would do and when it would be done. I cant recommend Featherstone's enough. A genuine honest friendly hard working company. Don't waste your time and go any where else than Featherstone's.

We contacted Luke to arrange a quote for house clearance following bereavement. He was very professional and fair with his quotation, explaining how he’d arrived at it. With his team he did an excellent job in all respects on a very hot day!Given house clearance following a loss is never easy for the family arranging, Luke was very respectful & polite, communicating well throughout. I phoned Featherstone's at very short notice. The property we purchase was left with a large amount of furniture and rubbish that we needed removing so we could move in.After speaking to Luke on Monday morning, he turned up that afternoon to look at the job and quoted a very reasonable price.They were able to come back Wednesday morning to remove everything.Luke arrived at the agreed time on Wednesday with some extra help.They were very professional and everything was clear quickly and efficiently.Would highly recommend Featherstone's if you need anything removing.

Everything was cleared in a day, as promised, and house left tidy. Employees were polite and a credit to the company. Professional throughout and very reasonably priced. I can’t thank Luke and his team enough for helping with clearing items from my parents house. I requested a quote online on Xmas eve not expecting a response until after the holiday period yet Luke responded straight away confirming appointment. for the following week. He came to see us and due to our circumstances agreed to help by clearing house the following day with his team who should have still been off on holiday. Thankyou . Highly Recommended.
