This family run business has been going for a number of years now and has built up not only a local reputation for outstanding service, but a international one as well, providing from well trained stewards for numerous and varied spots events to highly trained Close Protection officers and all security assignments in between. I personally have worked for Safe And Sound for over 15 years and have never found them to be anything but professional, which I might add, reflects in the high level contracts that I personally work on.I will also add that I have always recommended clients that have come to me, to use Safe And Sound as I know there support and back up structure is seconded to none.To summarise. If you want any security issues taken care of, I highly recommend Safe And Sound.

This 'security company' is an absolute joke. The were contracted to supply door staff to a venue, turned up the first week and then FAILED to turn up the second week. They lied about a member of their staff being in a car crash, lied and said a replacement member of staff was on the way and no one turned up and they stopped answering the phone. I have this all documented in emails, text messages and phone recordings. If you want a professional security services provider DO NOT use this firm. I am currently issuing legal proceedings for Breach of Contract and have made a Formal Complaint to Trading Standards. AVOID THIS FIRM AT ALL COSTS, they don't care, lie and are just playing at being a proper security firm.

I have used safe and sound Security Limited for a number of years and have never been persuaded to write a review. However an incident occurred recently that required urgent attention. Their response was, as usual courteous prompt and professional. The service met all my usual expectations and more. I write not this review because of all of this. I write it for one exceptional point The team they sent carried out their duties professionally but with compassion that ultimately saved the reputation of my business. I say bravo and I highly recommend this company.

In my capacity as Head of Marketing and Events for a national charity I have used the services of Safe and Sound on numerous occasions since 2008.On every occasion, whether it be close protection for celebrities and international artists; artist chauffeur services and coordinating ground travel; general event security; paramedic services for boxing events or consultancy services coordinating multiple agency security for high profile guests and events I have found them to be professional and extremely efficient. With every brief they come up with an excellent security plan and schedule of qualified resource, against contractual requirements and general guest safety, arriving on site in a timely manner to listen to instructions, contribute ideas for improvement and execute their roles diligently. They go above and beyond their responsibilities, demonstrating flexibility and excellent customer service. I would not hesitate in recommending their services to anyone. Professional, highly qualified, smart, punctual, efficient, discrete, and highly reliable. They are an integral and necessary partner of our business. The team are a pleasure to work with.

Still getting calls from staff not paid even though I left company a few months ago. Had to change review as no longer true reflection of my view that was encouraged whilst in position.

I worked 3 shifts as a steward for Safe and Sound but was never paid, despite contacting the company multiple times in an attempt to resolve the issue.
