Nickies Hair, Beauty & Training

Was a bit reluctant to give this review as I never like to give any business a bad review. But in this case I have to as my hair has been completely ruined here. I had highlights - It was my third time having them here. This time it’s clearly been over processed as my hair was completely burnt off. I’ve since been to another hairdresser who couldn’t believe the state I’d been left in by a professional salon and in their opinion it’s definitely been over processed. The hairdresser that done it had clearly realised her mistake when I seen her trying to discreetly remove all my hair from the brush. Unfortunately I didn’t realise the extent of it until I got home and it was breaking off by the handful. I had really long healthy hair and now have chunks of my hair that is about an inch long and completely fried. Not only that but even the placement of the highlights was awful. I was left with big chunks of blonde in some areas and highlights in others. I hope that some further training can be given so this doesn’t happen to any one else because we all know how important our hair is to us ☹️

I’ve had my first appointment today with Georgia and she did a great job, she is a good listener and wonderful hair stylist! X Definitely I’m going back for my next appointment! Relaxing atmosphere there and can’t wait to try other services at Nickies. Thank you!

I done Nickies first gel and acrylic course when she had just set up and it was amazing. I honestly couldn’t fault the classes or Nickie, she made us feel comfortable, and confident. She had so much patience with us all and even when we were at home we could message her to talk about an application of nails. I loved my course with Nickie and so glad that I chose nickies hair and beauty training to complete my nail course. Highly recommended ❤️

I attended the ultimate nail course. From start to finish I loved every minute of it!Nickie is amazing not only as a teacher but as a person. She has made my dream become reality. There was so much in this course that I did not expect and to finally say ‘I DID IT’ is all because of Nickie.I will definitely be back for more training to expand in the career I want to take. I cannot thank you enough❤️

I have completed my gel polish course and I’m half way through my acrylic training with Nickie and cannot recommend her enough! She is so patient answers all questions asked in detail in classes and without classes. Supportive with sending demonstrations etc online. Very professional and I can’t wait to finish the course and get started on my own journey.

Absolutely love coming to Nickies. Love Elle doing my hair and the atmosphere when your there is great! All the ladies are friendly and make you feel comfortable not like some salons you go to. Would definitely give more than 5 stars if I could!

Classic lashes fail. I had classic lashes done which were beautiful on day 1. But on day 4 it was a different story. These lashes have been falling out in chunks daily and now they are an absolute mess. They look awful to the point where I want them off and I have also cancelled any future bookings that I had. I feel like I have wasted a lot of my money for these to last less than a week.

Had a total restyle and was in the salon for 4 hours..staff couldn't have been more friendly made me feel welcome and it was my 1st time being there highly recommend and now hope to become a regular
