I tried to use the contactless machine in Market Sq around 12.55 but nothing was happening and the tram to Clifton South was coming into the platform. On the tram was a very unhelpful ticket inspector. When I told her the machine wasn’t working (I wasn’t the only one btw) she curtly told me I’d have to buy a ticket and seemed to take great delight in leaving me behind on the platform. I am not extremely elderly (only 65) disabled or a visitor - I suspect this person would have treated me no differently if I had been

Visited the shop as I’m a student and living in the city centre I needed to get to campus so decided tram was the best option, the lady’s working were kind, polite and helped me with everything I needed.

Good knowledgeable staff very easy to get your travel passes sorted. They take cash, credit & debit cards and they issue your travel pass there and then while you wait and it doesn't start until the first time you use it.

Fast service. Just make sure when you buy Robin hood season card make ask them if it works for train and Buses aswell because mine doesn't.

I have a yearly tram pass to work, due to the current covid 19 situation I haven't used it since March. I was told that they will allow me to use my tram pass for the remainder of the yearly pass once I start using it again. This way I won't lose any time I have paid for. They were quick to respond to my numerous emails giving me all of the information and my choices going forward. Excellent customer service.

What's the point in paying for a ticket if your tram conductors are not even checking to see if you have one. No wonder some people don't pay any more
