We have been working with Sonar IT for the last few months. We run several coffee shops in London and they have been invaluable in keeping our POS up and running. They have also helped migrate and update our old POS to a newer and better platform.The team are friendly and get everything resolved on the phone then and there. Cannot recommend them enough!

I had an urgent IT issue and was referred to Josh who was out of the office and busy. He arranged for Scott to call me within the hour. Scott fixed the problem remotely and several others he found during the 30 mins 'in' my PC. Scott was knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and patient. This was much appreciated as I am partially sighted and hopeless with technology. Sonar are simply the best!

I am a small business owner and have signed up tot he subscription service that Sonar IT offer, they keep my files safe and secure and my devices running so well, their staff are amazing, so calm supportive and really helpful when you have a question that might be a bit silly!I can strongly recommend them for small, and I have heard large companies for many IT support needs.
