Took a visit here yesterday the service was appalling. Having my grandsons first shoes fitted and the lack of interest from the assistant. No hello, no interaction. Felt like we were a hindrance to her day.Tbf the lad who I believe is called Jeff , did his best to help once we started to ask questions about the shoes we had picked, he was great .Finally we get to the checkout where the checkout assistant was serving someone, we were next and she said to us can't serve you it is the end of my shift and we would have to wait for her colleague to take over.When we stood there aimlessly waiting as she stood still behind the till. We had a pair of toddler shoes, she ended up scanning them through probably because noone had come to relieve her at this point and it was pretty ridiculous situation as when she did scan them it took a minute and had completed the transaction before her relief cameAnyway pretty poor service all round and it must be bad for me to leave a review , because there is so much rubbish going on right now I don't complain , but the experience was poor and at the end of the day . Just a simple hello how can I help goes a long way and at the till the assistant had to wait for her colleague and had more than enough time to scan a little pair of shoes through while she waited . However , she realised and did scan them through but again . No hello goodbye thanks . Nothing . Pretty poor service today I'm afraid

I have yet to visit a Clarks shoe shop and find a reasonably priced pair of shoes/sandals. Some of the prices are ridiculously expensive for what they are offering and for saying it is an outlet. The majority of styles are boring or very similar. So Clarks outlet/shops start pricing your goods realistically and produce some different styles.

The child’s measuring service can’t be trusted. I got told my daughter was a 12F found some school shoes for her to try on. The first couple seemed too tight across the top of her foot. Tried a couple of different styles. Still too tight.We left and I took her to Clarks in Notts city centre the next day. They measured her as a 12.5G.

Visited the Mansfield Outlet recently to get my childs first shoes and had a lovely experience. Katie B approached us to ensure we were OK and to offer a helping hand. She was very helpful and didn’t make it seem like we were a problem each time we asked if she could go and check for styles/sizes. We left with two pairs of lovely shoes for my little one. Thank you!

East Midlands designer outletClarksSchool shoe shopping. So I turn up here with my 3 kids. Youngest in a buggy, 3 year old exploring the store and 5 year old kicking off because she wants the bright pink trainers. After explaining she needs black school shoes she get her heart set on the size 13 (she's size 8) whatever they were. Tantrums erupted, I got very fed up and chose a pair for her so we could pay and get out the store.... after doing just that I get told one of the cashiers had been slagging me off to one of the next customer. Unfortunately for her, that customer was who I was shopping with! Didn't have anything to say to my face when I went back in to confront her about what she had said, infact was rather sheepish about it all.

Really good experience and the kind and patient employee calmed my toddler down by measuring the feet of her bunny first before measuring her feet.

Customer service was second to none! Took my little girl there for her school shoes, was dreading it as she is autistic and doesn't cope well, staff came up to me before we got to the door, took us straight in and had someone help measure as soon as we got through the door.

Very pleasant and welcoming staff. A nice place to shop with plenty of choice
