What can I say.... nothing more that brilliant! From start to finish the service from Elite Tents was fantastic! They care about their products and it really shows. We wanted a festival style wedding and the tipi tent complimented our look perfectly. Also a really helpful list of 'Dream Vendors' helped us plan our perfect day. Since first meeting them in the early part of the year through to our wedding in August, everyone at Elite Tents has been a pleasure to deal with and get to know. They have all been friendly, approachable and extremely accommodating of what we wanted for our day dealing with any little quirks and changes along the way without fuss. They invited us to two open days where we could view the tent set up and on seeing it, we pretty much made our mind up there and then it was what we wanted. They look fantastic inside and out and created just the atmosphere we wanted.After sorting out the initial order with Debbie, we then met Richard out on site well in advance of the day to ensure everything would run smoothly. The set up was run by Chris and Jamie who did a great job ensuring all the details were sorted - including outdoor matting walkway, lighting and electrical hook up that all worked without a hitch. The bar supplier also loved the little awning extension that gave them a bit more space plus the Little Hat for serving arrival drinks.Thank you to everybody at Elite - you did a fantastic job for us and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to anyone thinking of hiring you.All the best for the future,Joe & Ann

Just want to say a huge thank you to the team at Elite Tents for setting up three huge tipis for a large corporate event we had. The set up team were fantastic and everyone was very informative on the run up to the event. There was no hassle and they got on with the job without much input needed.The tents were perfect for the informal set up we were hoping to create and added a real sense of atmosphere. We cannot recommend Elite Tents enough! We hired 3 Tipi’s and 2 Nimbus for our Wedding in June this year.We’ve had some lovely feedback from guests saying how much they loved the Tipi’s and we still love them just as much as we did when we first saw their beautiful Nordic Tipi’s.They are such a professional, reliable and well organised company and the loveliest team of people!We have got to know the Team really well over the last 2 years as we had to postpone our 2021 summer wedding and despite already having booked our Tipi’s with Elite Tents they always made us feel so welcome when we went to their Open Days which are so worthwhile going to to get inspiration for how to decorate the beautiful Tipi’s how you want for your occasion.The Team are so approachable, friendly and fun and made us feel like they really cared about our welfare. I got upset at an open day in 2020 as we were concerned our wedding would have to be postponed and the team were calm and caring and reassured us that if that happened we would in safe hands with them.We had a stressful time having to postpone our Wedding in the end but Elite Tents made us feel so safe and secure. They have communicated with us throughout and there has always been someone at the end of the phone for us to speak to about it anything or reply to emails quickly and efficiently.They are super organised and their experience shows as we haven’t had to worry about anything.They were patient with us when we needed to keep changing our seating plan to accommodate guests in wheelchairs and with mobility issues and talked through everything the weeks before our Wedding in June.We realised the week of our wedding we were going to be forecast heavy rain and they allowed us to hire an Extra Nimbus last minute and fire logs last minute to make sure our guests were warm and dry.The quality of the Tipi’s were put to the test as we had lots of rain on our Wedding Day in the Woodland. The Tipi’s remained water tight, the matting on the woodland floor stayed dry and all of the fairy lights inside and out sparkled.The Tipi’s are stunning in the daytime but as it gets dark they become even more magical and the fairy lights really are a must have addition. We loved the option to have the tables set up in an informal way we chose the long tables with benches and added reindeer hides, we also had some chairs for older guests and there are high chairs for hire too.Set up day went without a hitch. The team were there on time to start an early morning set up and worked so hard to make sure the 3 Tipi’s were up as quickly as they could so we could start decorating as soon as possible.The whole team work so hard and are always so friendly.We will miss not going to anymore of their Open Days they are such a lovely team and we can’t thank them enough for their kindness to us.

I hired a marque for my 30th birthday from elite tents. The service was fantastic from start to finish. 10/10 communication, set up, take down, it was brilliant. The marque itself was great, we had some nice little heaters inside the tent which worked a treat during our January party! The lighting was great, and the tables/benches inside. I would highly recommended this company :)

The team at Elite tents have been supportive, informative, professional and friendly.It has been a pleasure working with them.We opted for the sailcloth tent. It is a beautiful white marquee with transparent panels to make the most of a beautiful setting.The panels are easy to put up should the weather require. The lighting options make it even more magical as night time falls and we had plenty of space in the tent for break out furniture, long tables and benches for our meal and then space to dance the night away.We had the most magical day in a beautiful setting in a fantastic sail cloth tent.We had lots of ideas for our event off the website and from the brochures. We went with the generator and toilet recommendations and we enjoyed visiting an open day to get even more ideas.The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble.

I cannot thank Elite enough. The whole process was so easy. They catered to all our needs to make our vision come to life. They made sure it was all possible through site visits as we wanted our wedding in a private garden. This made sure that the set up of all the equipment was smooth with no issues. They were easily contactable and everyone was so helpful. We had so many compliments on the tipis. Although we didn’t need to in the end, all the equipment was easily transferable to create an indoor ceremony. The take down of the tipis was also stress free! We honestly can’t thank you enough!

We had a 30th birthday party for my daughter. We hired the small marquee.From start to finish elite tents were amazing. Easy booking always someone to talk to or emailed back immediately. The guys who come to put marquee up and collect it we so professional. We had the party on the Saturday. They picked it up on the Monday so plenty time to clean up. It comes with tables and chairs . The lights were perfect. It come with a flooring which is great as it has to go on grass. We paid extra for the heating which were used at the beginning of the night . We had a brilliant time and would highly recommend them.

JUST WOW!Elite tents from the very beginning were incredible. We worked with Debbie from start to finish and she was amazing, supporting us every step of the way.The entire team are so helpful and will do all they can to ensure everything runs smoothly.The guys that put the Tipis up were also brilliant and couldn’t do enough for us. The weather was boiling and they worked non stop until everything was up and ready.Our wedding day was just perfect, and one that people haven’t stopped talking about yet! Having a Tipi wedding certainly sets the scene for the most amazing photographs. We were able to make our wedding personal to us and elite helped guide us through the right packages to ensure that we had the right one for us. They even sort out the extra things that you might not initially think about when putting a DIY wedding together, like the toilets, catering tents, generator and even the ceremony package. If you’re thinking about having a wedding with a difference and want to have a Tipi, we honestly couldn’t recommend elite enough! These guys are perfect from start to finish and support you every step of the way.We will be forever thankful to them for helping us make our special day so unforgettable.Emma and Fiona xx
