I had a window damaged during a burglary. Mark responded quickly to my call, came to measure up quickly, quoted me the lowest price to replace it, had the part ready on schedule and then came to do it quickly. He did a professional, careful job and I recommend him.

My back door wouldn't lock so I asked for a quote to replace it. Mark said that the door was okay, the problem was with the lock mechanism. He asked permission to see if he could fix it, rather than me paying out for a new door. It was successful and now is better than ever. I asked for his advice about replacing my windows as 3 window companies (cold calls) had told me that I needed to replace them. Mark reassured me that there was nothing wrong with the windows. I have no hesitation in recommending him. I trust his advice and experience. I can be sure that if he says something needs to be replaced then it does. I will always use him for any future work.

Found Mark after having a few company’s quote for my bedroom window glazing to be replaced. After having some outrageous prices, Mark came over the same day to give me a quote and the price was bang on! Very polite and knowledgeable guy really knows his trade! Absolutely recommend Mark. A really nice genuine gentleman and he gives honest practical tips and advice. Glazing in bedroom had blown - Mark replaced with new glazing and completed this fully. I wouldn’t hesitate to ask Mark to return to complete more work. Totally recommend
