coach are friendly they take time during the sessions to correct you, give you pointers, keep the class motivated. The facility is large with plenty of bags and equipment to train with would recommend any keen boxer to come down and give it a try.

A great boxing gym. I have the luxury to travel around the world and train at different gyms….and this one is one of the tops one. great technique and classes. They have sparring early in the week. Very controlled sparring. Loved this gym. I’ll definitely be back
