Yet again a problem with my repeat prescription one item missing, becoming a regular occurrence. Not good enough!!

My mom is disabled and house bound, doctors have prescribed her medication for 3-4 weeks, but gave her less than 2weeks worth. She was without her medication for the whole weekend. I rang up friday explaining, and they said they would request urgent prescription for her n for me to call back at 3pm. I did this, prescription hadn't been looked at or approved and was told to call back again at 5.30pm as she had now put it through as urgent priority. I called back at 5.30pm to be told over phone message , the surgery had closed but it should have stayed open till 6PM. So no medication for whole weekend, no sleep, in agony. I'm absolutely furious. Since Dr Khattak has left, the surgery has gone downhill. Staff not helpful or caring. And reception staff quite rude.If I could put 0 stars I would.

Nice helpful staff but I don't like the E- consult to get an appointment. Was much easier to just call and book one. I worry for elderly people who can't manage this.

This place is awful. Receptionist staff are rude and disrespectful. Twice they have failed to ring with a telephone appointment and just left us sat waiting for days - once for a child! They forgot to raise a referral to the hospital so it was sat on the desk for 2 months whilst we thought we were on the waiting list. Receptionists giving out bad news. They really are shocking!

Reception staff are polite and professional. Only 3 Stars due to lack of availability to see a Doctor.

Absolutely shocking Doctor!! Doesnt have a clue what he is doing, has no respect and is extremely rude to patients!!!! He needs firing!!! This surgery needs investigation!!

Friend been in hospital for 4 months very poorly. Came out of hospital no medication in desperate pain. No appointment for weeks. Friends can't walk so can't get to the surgery. Asked if doctors could see him. She said she can't. Took friends in car to surgery. Doctor wouldn't see friend at the car. Told friend to go back to the hospital. Left in bed in hospital for four months. Can't walk now. No medication.

Disgusting went ent and other appointments no results never had problems with any other doctors until I went here don't care bout anyone all you get is there's nothing on the system should be closed down

Complete joke my health visitor tried to call them for my 6 week check up and they was shut they havent contacted me about my 6 week check up and i need to get my babys 8 week needles done waste of time they are when dr khatack was there i could get a appointment straight away now theres no answer or the receptionist talks to you like utter trash honestly they need to get better staff and to be open waste of time they are im moving drs
