Thomas Roofing have just completed work on the ridge tiles on our house. Mike and James went above and beyond for us, upgrading the job to a Dry Ridge System, providing a top class service for which we are very grateful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Superior workmanship and true professionalism. Excellent communication throughout and ensuring customer satisfaction was paramount to them. They exceeded all of our expectations and were a total pleasure to deal with. The finished job is superb. We would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Thomas Roofing team did a great job on our chimney removal (x3) and rebuild of one other stack. The team were very professional and used reclaimed slates on the roof which made a huge difference to the project.4/5 as sadly a scaffolding subcontractor broke the gutter and some of our property when taking the scaffolding down. This wasn’t staff at Thomas but sadly this subcontractor did impact the overall experience of using Thomas Roofing.I would highly recommend Thomas Roofing to anyone.

Quality of work was good.However, unnecessarily agressive payment chasing (invoice emailed midday Monday and 2 emails chasing payment by Thursday morning)

If you don't need any form of customer care from the people running the company once you have paid them, want a foot through your ceiling with limited poor quality repairs and no effort to redecorate, slabs being broken and dozens of dangerous nails left sticking out of gravel after they leave for the evening which my kids and dog appreciated, then this is the company for you. In fairness the onsite guys did a good job on the actual roof, but the overall company are so disorganised, unsupportive and cause so many problems i am still trying to get fixed, it is not worth the risk and I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Fitted velux windows. Very competitive price. Completed within the time promised. Minimal mess, clean crisp finish. Very polite tradesman.Would highly recommend.
